(Seeker) Welder Drone (100% vanilla)

Description
This is a 100% vanilla Welding Drone. Designed to be compact and fit in a 3x3x3 large grid docking port as found on the USS Seeker. Built to be used in and out of atmosphere.

I think it works pretty good. I'd like to hear your feedback as well. There is also a ship varient with a passenger seat instead of the rotor/camera.

How practical is it outside of atmosphere? I'm thinking of trying to fabricate this ship and using it to build an automated drydock to build the Seeker
