Spell: End Lives (less overpowerd)

Description
A less overpowered version of my "End Lives" spell
Area of Effect Spell: Drains 75 health of target(s) over 5 seconds
Dual casting is 1.5x stronger.

Spell Tome found lying on the ground in Whiterun. When you walk in the front gates of WR, walk to the right and follor the path. Should be somewhere back there.

I will no longer allow comments asking where the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ book is. They will be deleted. I don't care if it's a joke or not. I'm tired of idiots not reading the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ description. It's not that hard. This includes going to my profile and leaving a comment or adding me. You add me, you best not ask me or I will instantly block and remove you.

*Should be Adept Level, but it doesn't want to work*

No it won't unfortunately. My dumbass self gave both files the same name and can't change it and update it on the WS. Sorry. Sooner or later once i get the CK working again I'll be remaking both into 1 file with possible more spells as well

Alright, so another update on what i'll accept in the comments. Nothing rude. If it has nothing to do with the mod itself or a question (other than where the fucking book is) It will most likely be deleted. Don't comment on my mods unless it's constructive criticism, a legit question, or just about the mod in general. if you want to be a douche, go to someone else mod.

Ah, my bad (although my point still stands). And there are plenty of other ways to make quick, easy money in Skyrim. At some point I might attempt to fix it, but I've tried twice now to no avail.
