The Sims 3 Themes - Tropical

This is a Tropical based map theme that uses textures from the Sims 3 worlds (More specifically: Isla Paradiso) and implements them in Cities: Skylines.

DISCLAIMER: All of the textures used in this Map Theme are rightfully made by the digital artists of the Sims 3. I therefore do not claim to be the creator of any of the textures used in this map theme. I have simply used the existing textures used in the Sims 3 to create a custom map theme.
