Weather Hell

Description
This mod makes the chances of deadly weather much higher.
For example, on a volcanic/magma/moon planet, there's a much higher chance of meteorites.

Do note: This mod is dangerous.
(Compatible with mods that don't modify the weather config file, because I only touched that file in this mod.)

This + No Block Damage mod is actually a nice comprimise: On one hand, I can finally have a giant fortress on a hell world that my draconis badass can rule from. On the other hand, It doesn't feel as cheaty cause I can take meoteors to the face every time I walk out the front door. < _ < Love it.

well i knew that it was compatable with the no block damage mod because ive used this mod with that one before.

might conflict with the less annoying weather mod
and is compatible with the no block damage from weather mod, as i think it doesn't touch the file i used that controls weather chances
