Racial Heritage No Nostalgic Sounds

Description
Removes most of the AoW2 Sounds I added in my Racial Heritage Mod and replaces them with AoW3 Sounds. I know it took a lot of time, but you are welcome HjAa ;-)

both! all this mod does is replace some unit sounds for ppl who don't like the old AoW2 sounds I put in the mod

do you use this instead of the Racial Heritage mod? Or do you need both for it to work?
