[Photon] WHJ Basic Lightbar

This is a very simple and minimal lightbar that I mainly used for testing but I decided to release it so don't exactly expect "High Quality" from this.

Usage:
When setting up your car with the lightbar use the name WHJ Basic Lightbar and you might have to move it around a bit because it is a little off centered.

Can you make... If you want me to make a skin, lightbar, photon lighting, etc please keep in mind that due to many requests I will only accept if you are willing to pay 5-20 USD (depending on how many hours I work on it.)
