The hunter bug fix is optional, but you really should add it.

The Realism Mode of the official mutation Last Man On Earth.

This mode allows you to obtain Achievements.

done it on expert and got real deal. Last man on earth the normal mutation also gives progress for still something to prove :steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup:

As of 2/2/2025, it still works and I was able to get the two expert realism achievements with it. :steamthumbsup:
