Transmute: Stone to Ingots

Made this mod due to an update breaking all the gravel sifters and extractors, only difference is, it doesn't use its own block and it gets ingots straight from the stone, this mod is a spiritual successor to the Gravel Sifter which is now abandoned, I would like to make a block to use to convert gravel into ore like the gravel sifter, but I can't figure out how to do it, so instead I pulled some mods apart to figure out how to make this.

This mod was opriginally intended for Me and Friends, but I wanted to share it, as most other mods like this aren't that great and it beats modifying the Industrial Centrifuge like I originally did for personal use.

Put Stone in a Refinery and bobs your aunty.

No I will not be modifying these values as these are perfect for me, this mod is mostly aimed at helping Planet Survival.

A logical explanation of this mod:
Stone is crushed in a refinery to produce Gravel, in doing so, trace ammounts of ore is also found and refined.
