Description
At a request, I did the best I could to shove the M1 clip PING! into the reload effects of the Smith Carbine.

Yes, I do know you get a bit of extra sound at the beginning.

@Jack The pitch and speed is randomly determined in-game, the Volume is per request to aid in hearing where the sniper is reloading, and IDK what you mean by "Sharpness".
