Nice map, my only nit-pick is you have to get the portal in the bottom of the pit right in the center or you have to back way up to try again. I got it the first time but only because I was very careful. Thanks for your efforts.

TL/DR: Simple and very straightforward puzzle. Annoying jumping+aiming thing that took much time to get right. Visually ok, though I didn't notice immediately that there was grating over the goo.

DEM. [www.dropbox.com] If I solved the map intended then maybe change picking up the laser emitter from obscure to more visible for the player to see.
There's not much of a puzzle in this map, but you can consider this for a map name: A high tower
