-Scenario-
Wilgea – Session 7b – Orc Canyon Assault

Our group successfully defeated the Dark Caller, although it cost them sleep and preparation time. Our heroes were able to get more information regarding the mysterious book that has bound itself to Bifi. The book is part of the three piece set that can open a portal between their world and the "world of darkness" which an evil unknown enemy awaits after being bound there after his last attempt to melt the planes together. But unfortunately there are more pressing matters at hand. The orcs have reached the canyon and are close to where the king’s guard has set up the ambush.

Our heroes must now successfully fend off the attack or the border region between Velathia and Alisire will be lost. The scouts reported seeing at least 350 units marching through the canyon. The Kings Guard, run by Marshal Larinda consist of 50 shabby soldiers that the King granted Marshal Larinda. Unfortunately, King Kyrlach doesn't believe that King Hilleach would actually attack. There has been Peace for so long, it makes no sense. Will our group be able to fend off the approaching hoard or at least thin it out enough so that the shabby king’s guard can handle whatever slips by?
