Hobo's Not Even a Shack

Description
Do you think that Skyrim's inhabitants are just never poor? Do you like playing as a hobo? Then this is the mod for you! A perfect "Player House" shack! Dust, cobwebs, dirt, hay, stench you got it all!

The "not even a shack" is located near the whiterun stables...
It also has a map marker!

Future Plans:
I might add an npc with maybe a questline
I might also add these hobo shacks to other towns and villages...

If this is Hearthfire compatible that is great, but if it isn't you should make it. Then you can have a whole hobo family!

make a necromancers hideout under it and the fog seeping out of the trap door and it will look cool

i added them there on purpose, but I think i might change it coz it looks a bit weird sometimes

The only thing that bothers me a bit with this is the light/fog and dustparticles inside the shack. Any way of removing that?
