Cherry Bamboo Park 4x4

A nice 4x4 park. This park has no workshop items required. What it uses are new official Colossal Order items like the bamboo fence and gate, sculptures, bonsai and bamboo trees from Cities:Skyline's official free DLC Pearls from the East. If you haven't heard of it, the link to it is to the right of this page and just a few more officially-released items. You have to manually go get it like you would other DLCs like Snowfall, and it becomes part of your base game.
