you just have to imitate the folders in which, the sprite you want to replace is

quick question, but what do you use to make these mods? I'm planning on making Trink inspired tech and a Manipulator

Interestingly enough; an Avikan Matter Manipulator exists within the mod files, though it's currently unused.
