Description
This data mod just do what is on the title... It triple most tech so you can reach them 3 times...
Requires any of the three DLC
This mod also allows you to research the Unique Techs 3 times (when applicable).

Bugs:
-AI can't reach the duplicated tech(Possible fix: Make a custom AI)
-I might have "forgotten" a tech or two
-Other bugs I don't noticed

You can research Andean Sling 3 times, but you can research Couriers only once :steamfacepalm:

Kakutani, what it does is, if they're missing a tech in the base game, they miss one tech in the mod. So if they're missing only one tech in a line, they still get that tech twice. If they miss say, two armor techs, they'll miss 2 armor techs off the final 3. However, since unit upgrades (AKA Two-Handed Swordsmen > Champions and the like) can't be applied multiple times, Civs that miss them still miss them.

Thanks for making this, but it looks like a lot of civs can now research techs they're not supposed to be able to research. For example, nearly everyone can make cavalry archers with parthian tactics, even if "all techs" isn't enabled. But not everyone gets everything-- Malay, for example, get gunpowder but no champions. The differences don't show up in the tech tree, and when I hosted a game online people got mad at me for enabling all techs even though I didn't.

The unique tech for the Inca in regards to the Minimum range of the Slingers/Skirms is repeatable, however the other unique tech 'Couriers' which gives +1/+2 M/P armor is not. I am uncertain if its this way for similar techs or not.

Oh! And it seems there's a point when the mod stops working and you return to the normal tech state.
