Oarfish Mk II Cruiser

A recent refitting of the fleet has given new life to a few old hulls. In this case, a leftover prototype from Project Leviathan has been heavily revised and renamed the Oarfish; in honor of the ship that so proudly led Nemo's fleet in his early days.

Extensive use of heavy armor has increased the the strength of the hull. The old AA artillery was removed in favor of an extra main battery, while the secondary batteries were removed and replaced by a LAMS system and an 88mm AA gun.

Fierce in combat though expensive for her size, the Oarfish is the new backbone of Nemo's fleet. Due to its gun arrangement, sailor's have nicknamed it "The Little Lindworm". The main artillery consists of 4 quad-barrel 201mm turrets, with a dual-six-barrel 88mm AA gun, 8 vertical launch missiles and a 5-tube torpedo launcher.
