D&D 5e Horseshoe Table

Description
I've just released a beta build of a 2.0 update! You can get it here.

---

This 8-player D&D 5e table is designed for ease-of-use and streamlined play. Everything is properly sorted and labeled for quick and intuitive gaming. Features include:
  • Fully segregated player areas with dice towers, in-game character sheets, inventory, ability counters, and stated coin purses
  • 200+ character/monster models and 300+ map objects from around the workshop, sorted into bags and labeled for easy searching
  • Extremely lightweight, less than 75 objects to load
  • Quick reference DM screen, plated in chrome, because why not?
  • Special effects and soundboards
  • DM dice tower that lets players hear when the DM is rolling, but not see the result. Make your players fear the rolling of dice!
  • Extensive quick reference cards for spells, class features, race features, and background features
  • Public dice trays adjacent to the table for faster dice retrieval and rolling
  • Custom high-contrast 7-die set in vanilla TTS style for easily identifying what type of dice you're rolling
  • Transparent bases for figurines
  • Tablets set to https://www.5thsrd.org for quickly looking up monster stats and rule questions
  • A completely clear map area, capable of porting most workshop maps onto. Also supports One World
  • Rule Zero enshrined in giant bold lettering
  • Pretty colors
  • And more!
I'm always looking to improve. Please, report any issues or problems in the comments below. If there's a creature or player race that I didn't include, and you know of a baseless 3D model somewhere on the workshop, let me know so I can add it to the table. And thank you!

Credits

I've used so many workshop objects that it's impossible for me to keep track of everything I used. I'd like to a special mention to Vess for providing half the models used, Jester for the best in-game character sheets currently on the workshop, and Ozuro (on Reddit here) for the fantastic DM screen.

Mod authors, if I used your mod and you'd like credit, let me know in the comments below. Give me the name of your mod so I can verify you're the author and that I used your mod.

Is there a better way to find the monster mini you want/ need? Having trouble picking through them all. Also is there a way to build a battle map before the session without keeping the room opening until you start?

Is there a way to change the texture of the table from grass to something else?

@Richard Sirwulf A VPN might work. I know Dropbox changed their system recently, which caused a bunch of missing models (why does every file sharing site want to screw TTS?). The stuff is still hosted, but the URL pointing to them are all wrong. Some of the mods updated those URLs; the dragonkind I had in this mod are the drakonids taken from this: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=565074149

I scaled them down and added a new collider that let their tails go through walls, but if you need a dragonkind figure fast, these can do. You can tint them different colors to make different color dragonkind, though you'll need to experiment a bit to see which colors look good.

@Oportet I'm glad to hear you're still working on this :) . I'll be bothering you with one last question : I've been navigating trough some threads about people having similar problems of not having all the textures and models once they have downloaded the maps, model packs, etc. (I'm a fan of playing Dragonkind in D&D and all of them are missing for me saddly. )

But one thing in patticular I found interesting is that most of these problems are do to the regions and restrictions people have from dropbox once the models are loading in the game, hence this is my question :

Do you think a VPN would solve my problem and be able to download the rest of the missing models and textures ? Or do you think the problem is different entirely ?

I wish you good luck with your work and smooth sailing through future problems :jera:

@Richard Sirwulf I've been working on it; the next version is using quick reference cards cards to get a whole in-game inventory and spells system with quick reference. Problem is, Photobucket just fucked over a ton of the textured models I sorted through by putting images hosted their behind a paywall (because TTS needed MORE missing models/textures). I might just take some untextured models and release a V2.0 Beta, which would be under a different name. Expect to see something over the next few days. And thanks!

Do you have an estimate idea on when you could upload a newer version of your mod ? Still yourwork is AMAZING:jera:

Thank you! I've been updating the table for my own use, the image errors might be 'cause it's an older version. I'll check into it.

This is a FANTASTIC table! I love all the work that went into it. When I first load it, I get a ton of errors saying something about missing image files? Everything seems to work fine once I clear the errors. Keep up the good work!
