Ancient Resource

I attempted to tell a story of an ancient culture tapping into energy from the tree, and a later civilization exploiting that resource even further (the large cavern with the rusty pipes). I realize a giant magical tree is a little cliche, but I wanted something to experiment with on my first try and I'm pleased with how it turned out. I'm eager to get started on another, so any feedback is appreciated.
