Description
Adds 3 new buidings which provide Amenities to the city, requires Entertainment Complex.

Details:
Casino (renaissance era) - Provides +1 amenity, Requires MERCANTILISM civic, Maintenance of 2. Nightclub (industrial era) - Provides +1 amenity, Requires URBANIZATION civic, Maintenance of 2.
City must have Casino.
Movieplex (modern era) - Provides +2 amenity, Requires SUFFRAGE civic, Maintenance of 3.
City must have Nightclub.

UPDATE: Movieplex bonus extends to cities within 6 tiles (like Zoo)
UPDATE: Changed game text to be inline with the vanilla game

Seems under-powered to me on a cost-benefit basis, getting one less amenity than its cost doesn't sound good value to me, just my opinion of course.

1) I would say change Arcade to Casino since the first casino, as is recocnized, was opened in 1638 (Casinò di Venezia).
2) I would change Casino to Nightclub (Webster Hall)
3) I would change Nightclub to Movieplex

These seems to fit the era's better for what you are trying to introduce them in.

Game is short of amenities and this doesn't go OP, and the placing makes sense
