Better Vanilla :

Better Vanilla is a mod who changes your way to play with the Vanilla Game. You have a lot of new differents things can be use in the game. I wanted to play better with HOI IV Vanilla so I create this mod who changes your way to play but without giving you help, it justs changes what was now correct in the Vanilla.

- Democratic and Non - aligned countries can create Wargoals with 20% World Tension
- The Non - aligned can now create puppets
