Description:

This park include both some parkings, a medium playground , connection for train and tramway station.

In game you'll find the asset in the "Park" category sub-menu

Concept:

A park combo specially designed for 5 tiles inter-building width:

- bicycle way x1
- tramway track x2 (you can use them as station of course)
- elevated train track

Additionnal note:

*wich is "1 small step" higher than the current elevated train station i made, so i prolly make another one later to go with this park asset using the same height
