Hey! As some of you may know, beeping noises can sometimes be heard from nearby my cubicle. I just discovered it's a joke of the Chengshang Micro employees sending us encrypted messages. It looks like they're a simple Caesar encryption. With a little automatic decoder, we can crack their code without them knowing! Who's with me on this?

Small hint: It might be helpful to use nested conditionals, such as:

teq p0 0 + teq p1 0 + mov 1 acc

Big hint: The AND, NAND, OR, and NOR logic functions are possible with the following respective combinations of conditionals: ++, +-, -+, --.

Optimization tip: Don't get fooled by the large building area.
