FIrst, I want to thank everyone that has used this mod to this point and for all the positive feedback that has helped me improve and refine it to what it currently is.

Unfortunately, due to the current requirements for my time with my regular job and my family, I am unable to continue working on this mod and updating it to stay current with the changes being implemented to the game. As such I am officially marking this mod as deprecated and will not be making any more changes or updates to it.

For those interested in keeping this mod alive, I grant permission for anyone to take it as it is and update and modify it as they see fit, I only ask that you provide credit to here as the source of your changes, treat this as Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 US (CC BY 3.0 US).

Description

Welcome to the Arcadia System, a long lost paradise hidden amongst the stars.

Playing Tall is super fun and challenging in the late game, and with Banks and Utopia adding in some vanilla Tall features I figured I'd do up a mod to start off tall. This takes inspiration from some other mods out there, and is specific to starting tall, not just building towards it. This adds in a specific system when creating your race that has 3 Planets in a resource rich starting system. These are size 50 Gaia worlds similar to what you would find in a Cradle System, just not as many prefab buildings, and the system is resource rich.

Starting star type is random, if you start a new game and don't like what you got, just restart it to get a different one.

Known Issues
None at this time.

Compatibility
This should be compatible with any mod that doesn't add in or alter systems, and even then most should work.

How To Use
1. When generating your empire, select the "Arcadia System" option for your "Starting Solar System" (listed under the Name & Class section).
2. You may select any planet class you like for future colonization reasons, however the starting planets are Gaia Worlds so as to be compatible with Life Seeded empires.
4. Complete your empire setup any way you like, and start the game!

Details
I went nuts, check screenshots to get an idea of how nuts.
Play it and see if you like it, it's fun, especially as Life Seeded.

You've made a heck of a mod here man. I've been using this mod for about a year now on every playthrough I've done. I would hate to see this mod become incompatible due to an update. I hope someone on the workshop picks this jewel up and updates it if that happens. I haven't had an issue yet. I'd rather not jinks myself though. I wish you the best of luck. Thank you for a damn good mod.

I've been looking for an ideal start mod. Super Starting Planets is a bit too strong. This might have been ideal, but it really needs an update to be compatible with Federations.

All right for anyone that wants a mod that does almost the exact same thing as this mod but works in 2.6 go with paradisestart ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1871149424 ) you start on a 25 gaia world that has tons of districts and several bonuses and there are 2 other gaia worlds that spawn in near by sectors.

Ok this works works in the way that it will give 3 size 50 planets if you select the arcadia system, but it also makes so you start with a population of 24 (instead of 28) as well as making so no origin will work. It will do this even if you don't select the arcadia sytem.

Please update. I would really enjoy to play this mod as it sounds absolutely in tune with my need to stomp on everything every once in a while.
