Cell Quality Quickbuilds

Description
A set of quickbuild cells in quality ratings 1-10. A set of bottom and top entry for each cell to enable mirroring when rotating.

Please note: This mod changes the prefabs.txt file, which makes it incompatible with other modifications that change this file.

The only thing I'd love to change is removing the utility pipes in the Quick Build, as I have to go back, remove all the piping, and re-input things, OCD with my grid.
