Yeah, Minecraft is pretty misleading too.. what with all the farming and tree cutting.
Give me a break dude. Star wars has AT-AT (oh yeah people have recreated those here in SE). Halo has Warthogs (people have recreated them too in SE). Star Trek has more than one scene where people are driving, often very sporty or militarized, land vehicles.
It's as if you feel there should be two games, one called "Earth Engineers" and one called "Space Engineers". And, actually, Keen has given us that with Mideval Engineers. The difference, since it isn't obvious to everyone aparently, is that one has a story setting where technology allows you to go into *cough* you guessed it,.. "SPACE". The other one.. doesn't.
So, if you simply put the word "age" between the two words of either game, you get the meaning of the title. The 'not as literal as you're making it' title.
