The S.I.N. Billy Connolly was in her prime regarded as one of the most powerfull cruisers to patrol the oceans of the 21st century, 200 years later and this ageing legend can still hold its own against many modern frigates, and 1 or 2 smaller cruisers.
Shield and HEAT technology were in their infancy at her inception, and so The Billy carries very little of either.
