Vertical Punch 1.5 -> 10 (IT PACKS A GOOD PUNCH WHEN FIRED)

Perhaps change the Cycle Time from 1 to 0.5. Its a semi sniper rifle after all. the recoil remains at 10. Consider its using 50cal
