O.K. Here's The Plan! Core Set

Description
"O.K. Here's The Plan!" is a social improv card game for 5 players and up.

Players take the role of mastermind criminals coming up with clever, effective, or downright stupid plans to complete their current Job, which is given to them by a player known as The Boss, a rotating title that acts as a judge for the current round.
However, they don't have to do it alone. Crew members pair up into Partners in Crime, and tackle each Job together in a mash up of fun, crazy, and never perfect plans.
The best plans earn parts of The Cut, only the most clever of criminals get points. No work means no pay!

This mod is a new card game designed by me, Bells.

Included in the mod are...
* Over 350 cards!
* Custom card mats!
* Player tokens for random team selection!
* Rules! Everywhere!
* A custom felt table with the game's logo!
* An orange timer! (Disclaimer: Timer is not custom built by me)

All rules, cards, mats, and tokens are included in the mod, built by me.
Custom deck box created by Eevi: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=537382071, textured by me.

Let me know if you have any bugs, typos, suggestions, or comments you'd like to share!

Happy planning, criminals!

No, they have to come up with a plan on the fly. This puts a lot of power in the first partner's hands, they have to create a plan that they think the second partner could finish. You could play with some communication beforehand, that might make the game a bit more strategic or difficult!

Question about the actual game, do the partners in crime join teams to communicate beforehand or not

Added, thank you for the suggestion.

Seems like a good game, but id have an improvement for this. On the play mats, or rather, underneath it, where you placed the joints for the cards to snap to, make them rotating snap points, that way players dont have to rotate them manually
