An edit of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure「THE WORLD」addon.

"This addon stops time like DIO. Everything from props, to NPCs and etc will be under your grasp. The objects that are stopped in time will keep its velocity when time returns back to normal."

If you want bullets to stop you need the Physical Bullets addon. Not all weapons are affected.

-Removed Star Platinum「THE WORLD」.
-Sound effects are from the arcade game.
