if mod is not working, and you cannot get items → how to fix:
• open mod files → open main.lua with any code redactor (VSC maybe)

• find line:220 → remove "end" and place this:
elseif Input.IsButtonTriggered(Keyboard.KEY_H,0)then player:AddCollectible(CollectiblesList[selectIndex+menuOffset].ID,CollectiblesList[selectIndex+menuOffset].MaxCharges,true)end

• find line:226 → remove "end" and place this:
elseif Input.IsButtonTriggered(Keyboard.KEY_J,0)then player:RemoveCollectible(CollectiblesList[selectIndex+menuOffset].ID)end

is now you can push "H" or "J" buttons for Add/Remove items

update it for the rep+ pls

Because I didn't see the instructions for changing the binding key, I posted this method.

How to change the binding key:
① Go to the file path: \The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\loadout_910421359\main.lua
② Open the file and go to line 157
③ Modification: Change the binding from L key to O key
Original version:

After modification:
if Input.IsButtonTriggered(Keyboard.KEY_O, 0) and

You can also change to other binding keys according to your own needs~

help i cant use it because its the mod manager button

Works fine, would like to have a searchbar or smt like a favourite/pinable items bar. Testing some synergies if they work and always have to klick through all items

just disable it ingame. @Pairless
