How to install on server:

1. Get gmad extractor, found here: http://www.moddb.com/mods/garrys-mod/downloads/gmad-easy-addon-extractor
2. Use gmad extractor to download the file of this addon
3. Put this addon file into server addons
4. Find workshop.lua in lua/autorun/server/workshop.lua (if it is not there just create it)
5. Open workshop.lua and paste this line without the quotation marks

"resource.AddWorkshop( '910870527' ) -- [Photon] UK Armed Response Police Vehicles"

6. Restart your server and you are done!

This is just a skin, it will be something to do with the main addon, do you have photon lighting engine?

Can I point out that these are for a game, and I cannot model cars, so I used what I had, also there are black police armed response vehicles: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/DAl1vSHidVE/maxresdefault.jpg

Real UK armed response vehicles would be a silver colour, plus, the police wouldn't use Toyotas...
