Description
EpsilonMod is litte gameplay mod. Now working with 2.0+

Disclamer: It's mostly joke mod, chill off.

Perks
Positive perks:
Eugenic Enhanced(3): Resettelment cost -15%, Government Ethic Attraction +25%, Growth Speed -10%
ZOG Curatorship(3): Food, Mineral and Enegry gain +10%
Enlightenment(3): Scientific resource gain +10%

Negative perks:
Genetically Degenerated(-3): Resettelment cost 15%, Government Ethic Attraction -25%, Growth Speed +10%
Consumption Cult(-3): Food, Mineral and Enegry gain -10%
Stupid(-3): Scientific resource gain -10%

Neutral perks:
Multitalented(-2): Gives you 2 trait points in cost of one trait pick.
Augments (Latent Psionic and Cyborg) available on game start.
KNOWN BUG - YOU MUST RE-PICK THIS PERKS TO YOU EMPERE WHEN YOU START NEW GAME

Edicts:
Nationalist Unity: WORK IN PROGRESS
Faster Research: +20% Research Speed, -1 Tech Alternatives
Control More Systems: Planet cap = 5

Rebalamced ground support damage:
Soft - 33%
Limited - 50%
Full - 75%
Armageddon - 100%

Other:
New types of armies(Rework in progress).
Gestalt Consciousness cost is 2
3 civic points
4 ethic points

Trait picks and points moved into my other mod: Artificial Species

Thanks for the info. I wasn't aware of the meaning of ZOG, but on the other hand: Considering what the "ZOG curatorship" does in this mod, I see it as a compliment for Jews, 'cause that effect is pretty darn good, isn't it? That's why I think it really IS a joke. If the author was an anti-semite, he would not assign such positive effects to a ZOG curatorship.

LegionOfMe, it's the ZOG ('Zionist Occupied Government') reference that rankled me. In the US references to ZOG are a dog whistle for the idea that Jews secretly control the US government (and the UN, and the media, and...). Russia has some bad history in this area (it's where "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" came from), but I'll take the author at his word that he's using it as more of an in-joke.

And sorry if I over-reacted, but people who use the term around here are typically *hard-core* anti-Semites, extremely nasty stuff, even by online standards.

This mod is full of local memes of our small russian-speaking gamers community. But in translation we lost inner meaning, but outer form looks abusively. But it is not by design, it's just misunderstanding.

Just because "technofaschism" containts the word "faschism"?
