E Class Cup edit

Description
The race E class cup now can be done by a car of any class. The reward for winning the race has been increased and a couple of harder bots added.

Good mod, good overall idea, i've changed a fewer things myself too, but kept the aspect, The coyotes made me do it! (hahahaha), the original coyote race (E class 90~1XX HP) was impossible to win agains 3 cars that have at least C clas and 400+ HP... i've made more interesting and "realistic" challanging. Kept the requirements but chande a fewer values and bots, so it will be possible to win.
