Description
This mod is based off of a suggestion I saw on /r/bindingofisaac a month or so ago where someone had asked what would happen if there was a character with a time limit instead of health...

Speedrunner starts with 60 seconds on the clock. The clock depletes every second. Here are things that effect time:

Taking Damage: -5s
Entering a room: +5s
Entering a 2x1 room: +10s
Entering an L shaped room: +15s
Entering a 2x2 room: +20s
Entering a boss room: +30s
Entering a miniboss room: +20s
HP Up: +30s
Deal With The Devil: -30s
Any pickup: +2 (Multiplied by the value of the pickup)

Time doesnt deplete while in the devil room.

ALL HEALTH DROPS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH +1s, +2s, AND +5s TIME PICKUPS BASED ON THE VALUE OF THE PICKUP.

This character needs to be properly balanced as it was made in the course of 3 days so any suggestions can be made in the comments!

This mod seems like a more balanced and thought out version of Chronos. Minus the cuteness of course.

And if that makes it too easy, then the penalty for taking damage can still be made higher :3

The +1 and +2 pickups really are worthless. Especially +1, since you basically waste time picking them up, only if they are on the way, they are kinda useful, but even then, they dont make that much of a difference. Especially since regular pickups already give +2 AND their traditional pickup. And since the timer IS basically your health, the hp drops should give more than traditional pickups.

I dont know how exactly they are converted here, but Half-Hearts should give +2, normal hearts and Half Soul Hearts +5, Soul Hearts +7, Black hearts +10 and Eternal Hearts +15. I can see that be way more effective.
Do double Hearts already get converted into Double +?

Golden Hearts should be converted into a Golden +, that instantly pays out the money (Giving you the benefit of picking up the money and their bonus)
Blended Hearts should be randomly assigned to +5 or +7.

@CKlidify alternately, simply make them fly towards the player as long as the room is in a "beaten" state? that way you dont have to waste 3 seconds picking up a +1 second time bonus
