For easier recovery of the stones you can also choose the colorful variant.
TPF has changed the collision data extremely, which is why some objects also manage to build on the stones. To prevent this, you can build your own collision objects in the vicinity of the stones.
Tip: People like to like "business stones". So you should not put so many dwelling stones, as they move people from the cities. Therefore often times a business stone set. Industriesteine are very hesitantly accepted or need a little more time :-)
