Report a translation problem
It lacks both a mod folder and a .sgwm file to be recognized. Unpacking the compressed archive (.sgwma) with the mod manager reveals the only change is that the skill files (.skl) were added to a new folder under the PlayerClasses called Spectre without any changes to the skills database (skills.wdt) or class database (skillclasses.wdt).
I spent some time fiddling with creating a new character class with all the skills, but the mod manager would always crash upon opening my test .sgwm file, so I'm not sure if it's possible to create a brand new character class.
