Description
If you have a lot of mods and there adding new traditions it can take thousend of years to get all.

With this little mod i changed the per colony penelty for unity to 2%.

Mod is working for 2.0 ... I'm just to lazy to update the number ... also you can now adjust the rate ingame before you start a game

totaly OP i had join a ongoing MP game, i took huge AI empire, 1/5 galaxy, it was a total desater but i only had to wait 30 months for each tradition

Make it "rebalanced Unity" imo
