(Workshop) UESC Contest world 36 PostwarVandal - fix

Description
Small edit for the competition. Basically cleaned up a small section where a connecting conveyor was too covered by the ground to transport inventory. And added a missing pipe to decently connect the OPS tower to the rest of the base.

It would be a breeze to fix in survival on the original though. Connect the conveyor as shown in the first screenshot, and clean the ground in the small area behind the hydro tanks towards the gate area as shown in screenshot 2.
