Black Mesa: Scientist Deathmatch Announcer

Description
This add-on replaces the deathmatch announcer with a Scientist from Black Mesa.

NOTE: If the mod isnt working, open console and type in "snd_rebuildaudiocache" without quotations and restart your game when its done loading. You can enable developer console in the Mouse/Keyboard settings.

One would override the other I assume, so either have one or the other enabled/subscribed.
