It's a client-side mod, all players need to have it loaded, server just needs the key.

includes Tanoa, although its located in an "optional" file, so there is a little pbo management required. There is also standalone versions for both Tanoa and Livonia respectively. Just click on the Ambient Birds Collection on this page.
