Extremely low poly speed breaker, bump

You will need the Move It mod to move it up/down at the height of the road, and the Prop & Tree Anarchy mod to even plop it on a road in the first place.

@TheBushman : no it doesn't it's only a prop, but you can use TMPE to slow down speed limits on a specific node of a road
