It's a console command asw_healgrenade "64 0 32"
and for buff beacon asw_buffgrenade "64 32 0"

you can just type in rd_simple_beacons 1, it looks like crap. this cmd remove whole healing circle on the beacons

rd_simple_beacons 1 also removes other visual effects
