Leader: Santa Anna

UA: Cavalrymen under Santa Anna
Mounted units receive no penalty vs. cities. Mounted units get +15% combat strength when next to another friendly unit. (Bonus stacks with Discipline)

UU: Three-Guarantees Army (Replaces Rifleman)
Receives more XP per battle. Cheaper than the rifleman

UB: Taqueria (Replaces Market)
+15% Food. +1 Food and Gold from Wheat resources

Make your own damn Mexico civ if you care so much. I made this for a Texas independence scenario, last I checked their leader during that war was Santa Ana. Matate, por favor.
