Nationality Changes 17.3.0

I have made a number of changes to players nationalities to make it more accurate. Michail Antonio has declared for England so he doesn't end up playing for Jamaica. Zaha has declared for Ivory Coast, McTominay declared for Scotland and Deeney not has N Ireland as a second nationality. Many other smaller changes have been made including many Scottish and Kosovan changes.

This has been updated on the 17.3.0 database becausea couple of things I updated on my 'Nationality Changes 2.0' file were implimented so on the new DB the changes are no longer needed.
