Custom Italian Watch Tower

Replaces the weird watch tower of the Italians and the Portuguese with a more fitting version that blends in with the rest of the feudal buildings from the Mediterannean architecture set.

I just took the watch tower from an existing mod which replaces watch towers + guard towers + keep + bbt and made it into a single item
