Added 2 tactical vests, one designed for civilians, and a police version equipped with a radio (think earpeice, hopefully it works). They hold quite a bit and provide a mild amount of armor.

A collection of vests based of of the vanilla unturned police vest. These vest carry more and provide more protection than your average vest.

Armor sits right in between the Military vests and the Spec ops vest
Storage is about one more on each axis
