In the ancient temple of Arcadia, in which gods have reigned before everything collapsed.
The gods used to come together every millennia to make agreements upon rules that were enforced in the skies. The gods that did not follow these rules were to be punished by being banned into the deep dark below the islands, from which not one has returned yet. All went well until a god, corrupted by the dark, came back from the deep. He struck his new powers upon the unknowing gods that were meeting. There were moments of chaos and disorder. The gods tried to battle the dark one but they were struck down one by one. The gods that tried to flee were cursed into the grey stone that served as building material for the building. After a long, tiring battle with many lives lost, the dark one disguised himself as a statue, who every decade wakes up from its deep stasis to haunt the building and slaughter all that dare return.
