Description
This reworks dragon pits to build or destroy through self diplomacy. If you are a dragon tamer but are too weak or cowardly( having either shy, weak, craven, arbitrary, or an illness ) to control a dragon, you'll have a diplomacy to build a pit in your capital. If you overcome your handicaps you can dismantle it. Also Dragon pits are disabled in Stone Drum because of Dragonmont.
