This is just a standard Fire Station which has been reversed to provide the 4 doors usually on the back, access to the road. Housing a large billboard advertising the in-game JuBilee company, they have agreed to pledge 10,000 per Fire Station build and 1000 per week for advertising space, reducing the contruction cost from 60,000 to 50,000 and the maintenance cost from 9000 to 8000. The water and sewage values have both increased from 60 to 70 and there are 10 more spots open for uneducated workers and 5 less for both Well educated and highly educated workers. The truck count has been increased from 25 to 30 (again, sponsered by JuBilee) and the radius increased from 1200 to 1400.
There is a small gathering area and a bench to one side with a water fountain available for dogs and a WiFi antennae on the roof, helping to increase the community profile of the Fire Station.

I'm thinking about doing something similar for the police station. Any thoughts?
