Description
WinterHold Upgrade

Features-
Two Houses fully furnished 1 huge yarl's house, and a farm house
3 NPCs 1 Farmer, and 2 Guards
The farm house has lots of treasure and special weapons and is two floors, its nice and cozy :)
The yarl's house is huge and packed with lots of stuff, nice living area instead of the cheap beds at the college
Big fireplace outside with NPC Imperial Guard writing
Farm House has a Imperial Guard sitting and a farmer chopping then sitting
And Much More

Upcoming Upgrade-
More treasure and weapons
More NPCs
Better decorations
Secert rooms
Followers
Full smithing area
Merchants that are cheaper than anyone else in skyrim
Full sized kitchen
Library
and best of all a secert underground city- (Which will take a long time (couple weeks))

Thank you for doing something for Winterhold. It has been annoying me for so long seeing so many unrepaired homes etcetera. If i was any good at modding i would have done it so long ago. There's a fix for Helgen, so why not Winterhold.

once upon a time i've installed simmular mod like this one,but there was a bug with doors,one of the morthal's houses' door wasn't been able to transport me into the house,when i uninstalled this mod i could go to this house again like nothing happend.question is:does this mod has\had any problems like that?

Checked out houses. All beds are "owned." Looked good but no place to sleep. I'm going to leave it on my active list to check from time to time. Sure need a place in Winterhold.
